Members

Membership is by invitation only. Membership is offered via recommendations from current members and based on specific expertise, usually of specific species or genera. Members include researchers, government officials, wildlife veterinarians, zoo and botanical institute employees, protected area managers, and experts on snakes. Most members are deployed in multiple Specialist Groups and Task Forces within the IUCN.
